The short version: this site doesn't ask you for any personal information, and it doesn't use its own cookies or tracking.

Who we are

Lease Hunter runs leasehunter.co.uk and the @leasehunter TikTok and @leasehunter.uk Instagram accounts. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@leasehunter.co.uk.

What we collect on this site

• No forms or accounts. You can't sign up or enter personal details on this site.
• No cookies of our own. This site does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you email hello@leasehunter.co.uk, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it's no longer needed. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone.

Links to leasing.com and affiliate tracking

The deal buttons on this site take you to leasing.com. Some of these links are affiliate links. When you click one, leasing.com or its affiliate network may set cookies in your browser so that a lease enquiry you make can be credited to Lease Hunter. We don't receive your name or contact details from this, only anonymous reporting of clicks and enquiries. Once you're on leasing.com, its own privacy policy applies, and any enquiry you make is handled by leasing.com and the leasing companies listed there, not by us.

TikTok and Instagram

If you follow, comment on or message our social accounts, that's handled by TikTok and Instagram under their own privacy policies. We only see what those platforms show us, such as your public profile and comments.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email hello@leasehunter.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we use information, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
